Unique and luxurious contemporary villas

Full design and complete marketing materials were the major desire of this project. Here are 3 unique villas to be constructed in Marbella, Spain with designation of Scandinavian influence. The three villas are valued above 12 million euros.
Concept
Luxury is the influence but with a minimalistic approach. Our designers, focused on typography and geometric pattern as the overarching influence in throughout the brochure and web design. GV Entertainment also delivered 3D design and video of the villas, with focus of visualization of property and finesse. As the villas are located by the sea, we honed to navy blue with Scandinavian blue waters. The color palettes then tuned and vivified other colors such as gold and white.
